Information collected automatically
To limit spam we keep a one-way, salted hash of your network address alongside the inquiry. We do not store the address itself in our inquiry records.
Like any website, the service that hosts this site processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, in order to deliver the site and keep it secure.
The site is built to support Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused service that reports aggregate page-visit counts and does not use cookies. It only runs when we switch it on. If we use any other analytics, we will say so here.
Cookies and local storage
This website's own code does not set cookies, and it does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It does not store information in your browser's local storage. Your browser may keep copies of files such as images, fonts and scripts so that pages load faster; that cache stays on your device.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your questions, share availability and pricing, and follow up about a purchase. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Inquiries are received by the Caves Branch River Estates sales team. Service providers process information on our behalf only to run the website: the hosting provider (Netlify) that delivers the site, the database provider that stores inquiries, the email service (Resend) that notifies our team of new inquiries, and the analytics service above when it is switched on. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
Links to other services
The site links to WhatsApp and to our social media profiles. Nothing is loaded from those services until you follow a link, and their own privacy practices apply from that point.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and manage the sales process. To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, write to info@cavesbranchriverestates.com.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and inquiries are stored with a service provider rather than on this site. No system is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive financial or identity documents through the inquiry form.
Your rights
