Caves Branch is an inland region of Belize's Cayo District: rainforest and pasture over limestone karst, cut through by rivers and cave systems, between Belmopan and the Sibun River valley to the east. Main access road paved and currently operating; internal roads cleared (unpaved).
Cayo is Belize's largest district by area — rainforest, farmland and the country's cave and jungle-adventure corridor, running from Belmopan west to San Ignacio and the Guatemalan border along the George Price Highway. The estate sits off that same road network, a short drive north of it. Why buyers choose this region.
A paved road runs from the gated entrance to the subdivision; internal roads within the estate are cleared but not yet paved. The distances below are approximate, not surveyed, and travel time varies with traffic and road conditions.

Drive time to Belize's international airport, north of Belize City, has not been separately confirmed and is not shown here — ask the sales team if that distance matters to your trip.
Belmopan, about 12–15 minutes by car from the estate, has been Belize's capital since 1970, built inland after Hurricane Hattie damaged the previous capital, Belize City, on the coast. It is a small, planned city — Belize's seat of government, not its largest or busiest town.
San Ignacio, further west along the George Price Highway, is Cayo District's own town and its fuller-service center for shopping, dining and supplies.
The estate lies along the Caves Branch River, about 1 mile from the Sibun River, in a region known for limestone cave systems and jungle adventure tourism — Nohoch Che'en Caves Branch Archaeological Reserve, a working cave-tubing and hiking destination, is about 2 minutes away.
Belize is a small English-speaking country on Central America's Caribbean coast, bordered by Mexico and Guatemala. Its currency, the Belize dollar, has been fixed to the US dollar at BZ$2 to US$1 since 1976 — one of the longest-standing currency pegs of any open economy, per the Central Bank of Belize.
